Hello I've accessed my work email from home. It's through Microsoft Outlook Web Access. I can see most emails but there's one's that say "The webpage cannot be found" I'm wondering how I can fix this so I can see the email.

Also when I try to forward an email on or send a new email the box to type my message at the bottom is blacked out with a little red x in a white box. Does anyone know what I can do to fix this? My IT dept at work asked me what program I'm using I told them Windows Vista and they said it's probably something I need to enable or disable.
