Sometime during Steam's change to the ACF format, Steam forgot how to write serial numbers in the correct place.
End result is that the game cannot validate your key. Put simply, Steam screwed up, but the fix is fairly simple. BTW, I wrote to Techland, and got the word back that I needed to insert the key manually, and start the game by rightclicking and choosing run as admin Last edited by Ole Andreasen ; 9 Jan, am.
